Where we're heading.
This page describes our long-term vision. It is not a description of a facility that currently exists.
Our long-term vision is to develop a dedicated supported training facility where several genuine commercial activities operate under one roof.
Part of that concept is delivery-only food businesses: kitchens producing real customer orders without the pressure of a public-facing dining room. The work is real, the deadlines are real, and the environment stays structured and supported.
As Zilla Pathways grows, we aim to let participants rotate through different areas so they can experience a range of tasks rather than a single role.
That variety matters. A participant who finds one area difficult may be excellent in another — and rotation makes those strengths visible.
Longer term, we aim to build relationships with mainstream employers so that suitable participants have the opportunity to demonstrate the skills they've developed.

The goal is simple: create more places where young people can discover what they're good at and build the confidence to take their next step.
